All original with all the bells and whistles such has foot switch, label underneath the base and perspex shades without cracks or burn marks. Excellent original condition.
Light source : Two fluorescent tube light bulbs behind each perspex shade. Bulbs are included. These are the original bulbs but you change them to modern LED bulbs if you want.
